I requested a refund, but where is my money?

It takes 5-7 business days for a refund to get processed and appear on your account.

What happens if it breaks during shipping?

Accidents happen and the records are fragile. Send us an email including a picture of the broken piece and will have one shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not right now, but in the future we will!

Are the frames in the pictures included?

No, that is just to show one way of putting up the records.
